WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?
You can always check the status of your order by clicking on Sign In in the navigation bar and logging in. If you are having trouble logging in to your account, please contact us.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within thirty minutes of placement, so we’re unable to make changes to an existing order. We’re also unable to cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.

WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT ORDER STATUSES MEAN?
1) Processing: Your online order has been received and we’re preparing it for shipment.
2) Shipped: Your online order has left our facility and is on its way to your shipping location.
3) Refunded: We have successfully refunded your money.
